Policies:

24-hour Cancellation Policy: If you give me less than 24 hours of notice before canceling a planned session, your account will be charged for 1/2 hour of credit.

No-Show Policy: If you are more than 30 minutes late without giving notice, your account will be charged for the entire planned length of the session.

Expiration Policy: An account becomes inactive after the student has not attended any sessions for 60 sequential days, and any remaining hours become forfeit. This can be extended with written permission in special circumstances.
